Seventeenth edition. The present edition incorporates, inter alia, provisions arising from the Thirteenth Meeting of the Facilitation Panel (FALP/13), held in Montréal, Canada in 2024, on issues relating to entry and departure of persons and their baggage, international airports’ facilities and services for traffic, Passenger Name Record (PNR) data, Advance Passenger Information (API), trafficking in persons and health-related provisions. This seventeenth edition of Annex 9 became effective on 10 March 2025 and is to become applicable on 11 July 2025.
